Eligible one-time services retain a $25 deposit credited toward the final service charge. Accept your quote and separately authorize remote support; booking opens only after any required deposit is recorded. Membership billing is separate. Sending a request never charges you.
Additional time is agreed before it is incurred. Specialized projects require approved scope and pricing. Written authorization is required for security testing; remote-access consent alone does not authorize an assessment.
Urgent same-evening help, when available, retains the existing $35 fee agreed upfront. Outside-hours and holiday work is individually quoted.
